Smarts Visofold 1000 profile can be used as a single or double door option in order to match with another set of bifold doors at the property, or to offer a single or double slim line door option for other uses. With slim sight lines and panel sizes up top 1.2m wide and 2.5m high, the Visofold 1000 will enhance any room or setting. Visofold doors offer a choice of opening configurations to suit any application. Choose to open the sashes internally or externally to create a single or double entrance door for easy access.
All Visofold profiles feature a polyamide thermal break that enhances the thermal performance of the profile and improves the overall U-Value. Profiles feature EPDM high quality gaskets and weather brushes to aid weather resistance. Visofold complies with the requirements of Building Regulations Document L 2010. Security is assured by multi-point lock mechanisms on main opening sashes, and shoot-bolt locking on floating mullions.
All Visofold doors have the option of either low thresholds for unimpeded, easy access, or rebated thresholds that offer improved weather resistance. Visofold doors are available in a choice of standard or non-standard colours, including metallic, dual colour and Smart’s unique Sensations range of textured finishes.
Smarts Alitherm Plus Doors
Alitherm Plus residential doors join the established Alitherm suite of products, providing elegant, robust and high-performance single and double entrance doors, in a range of formats and sizes. Designed for ease of fabrication and installation, Alitherm Plus doors feature adjustable hinges and lock keeps, with additional clearance for sash-passing to provide greater fitting tolerances. – Can be fitted with Smart Designer Door Panel – Single and double door options – Multi-point locking mechanisms – Double doors feature dual lock mechanisms enabling handles on both sashes – Adjustable hinges and lock keeps – Door sections and hinges are designed with added strength to deliver robust performance – Internally beaded for both open-in and open-out doors – Low thresholds comply with Document M building legislation In common with every product in the Alitherm range, Alitherm Plus doors incorporate Smart’s innovative polyamide thermal break technology, which significantly reduces thermal transmittance and enhances the overall U Value of the product.
